Problem

"How Might We" reduce ghosting my helping recruiters promote transparent hiring process through self engagement which would build a habit of ethical decision making amongst candidates.

Process

"Used Problem Tree Analysis" to find the root cause of the Problem

Solution

Recruit Secure: It is a Recruiter-side desktop application facilitating job creation, candidate invitation for interviews, transparent hiring processes, and monitoring candidate interest during hiring process.

EthiCareer: It is a Candidate-side mobile app for accepting interview requests, staying engaged during hiring delays, and fostering ethical decision-making habits through gamification techniques.

Login & Hiring Center: Dashboard for recruiters to keep track of Candidate Engagement, Upcoming interviews and more

Hiring Hub: Where recruiters can create jobs, and invite Potential Candidates, & more

Candidate Evaluation: Let's recruiters submit candidate score after interviews to promote transparent hiring process!

Candidate Monitoring and Rejection: Identify if the Candidate is engaged in the Hiring Process, if not reject the candidate.

Candidate Side Mobile Application - "EthiCareer"

Candidate Onboarding and Home Screen: Walk through screens, sign up screen, followed by Candidate onboarding: Personal information, Career aspirations, resume, also let's candidate choose if they want to make themselves available for interview or not.

Interview Invites: Candidates receive interview requests from Recruiters, this a very optimized way to reduce Application Overflow for companies, and also to promote this application as it reduces job application burn outs amongst Candidates [Note: Candidate can only accept 4 interview requests at a time]

Candidate Engagement: Candidates can now show their interest by completing tasks sent by Recruit Secure in between hiring rounds (ex: Design Amazon Music Page), and this keeps the candidates engaged, and adds to their "Engagement Scores", it also reduces burden on Recruiters to keep candidates engaged during hiring.

Transparent Hiring, & Ethical Practices: Candidates will get to know their chances of progressing to the next rounds of interview through "EthiCareer Progress Scores" Candidates will be given a chance to "Withdraw" from the interview process. Candidates are given "Pro Points" if they send customized message to the company after withdrawing. [Note: Pro Points are added to Candidates Profile)

Offer Letter: Application restricts candidates from accepting multiple offer letters. Candidates are allowed to accept only One Offer Letter, and the rest of the offers get rejected immediately.
