Product Lead responsible for maintaining end-to-end user experience of product, overlooking development processes, QA testing and a bit of marketing where I helped the team with marketing assets.
This is the voice of 250 clinicians who actively participated in interviews and surveys. We ain't just solving the documentation problem, rather, we are revolutionizing Home-Health sector which has not been served, resulting in clinicians burn out which directly impacts patient care.
Detailed process is under NDA, we try, and follow double-diamond in our development process as much as we can.
Upcoming Visit, Open Chart, and Completed Visit: Clinician Visit management consists of top three elements using which clinicians can manage their everyday visits, ongoing visits and submitted visits.
Start Visit: This is how clinicians will use voice transcription to record patient conversation-which further automates the documentation process.
Submit Visit: After Voice transcription is complete-user is redirected back to the visit(new iteration is in NDA), where 75-80% of documentation is already completed by the transcription, and narrative.
1) We have reduced clinical documentation time per visit from 60-70 mins to less than 1 minute!
2) We have reduced the total number of clicks from 350-400 to just around 20-30.
3) Our product is predicted to boost the revenue of Home Health Centers by 1.5X, and increase the patient care outcomes by at least 2X.
